The purpose of the Fund of Funds as such is promotion and financing of sustainable economic growth and development, investments in innovation and current operations through debt and equity financing. SID bank as fund’s manager together with financial intermediaries - commercial banks and public funds offers financial instruments that will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European EU Cohesion Policy in the period 2014–2020 to Slovenian companies and municipalities.

Start-ups, sole proprietors, micro and small companies as well as social entrepreneurs can receive Micro loans amounting from EUR 5,000 to EUR 25,000 with 2 to 5 years maturity and favorable interest rate. Companies can receive the loan at Slovene Enterprise Fund and Primorska hranilnica Vipava and use it to cover its operational costs.

For investments in research, development and innovation SMEs and large companies can receive loans amounting from EUR 10,000 to EUR 10 million with 3 to 9 years maturity and favorable interest rate. Loans are available at Gorenjska banka and Sberbank.
